This project designed by Jacki Jones.
For this project, you will need the following:

paper cutter with scoring blade
hot glue
water color paper
stamps
permanent dye ink (Memories ink works great)
water brush
watercolor pencils
ribbon

This box is designed to hold a videotape.

Start with two sheets of paper cut at 7 1/2" x 11".
Stamp the piece that will be the top of the box.

Score all edges of the piece that will be the bottom of the box
slightly larger than 1 1/2".

Score all edges of the top just under 1 1/2". Note: Adjust the width to even less
when using thicker cardstock, watercolor or corrugated paper. You will
need to allow for two thicknesses of whatever paper you are using.

Fold up along all scoring marks.

On short edges, cut crease line to intersections.

For this box:

Stamp fruit desings in Memories Black and color in with water color pencils.

Use a damp water brush to blend colors.

Paint a glue onto the fruit designs and sprinkle on glitter.

Tie with ribbon.

For this box:

This box is made from a cardstock with a glittery gold finish.

Stamp the Large Solid Pear with any embossible ink. Apply Sticky Embossing Powder and melt with heat gun. Apply Bling Bling Metallic Flakes and brush off any extra.

Mask and repeat. When done, buff the designs with a soft cloth.

For the leaves, tear a piece of green mulberry paper and glue in place.

Suggested Box sizes:

greeting cards - start with two 8 1/2" x 11" sheets of corrugated paper.
Score at just over and under1 1/2".

quarter fold note cards - start with two 8 1/2" x 10" sheets of corrugated paper.
Score at just over and just under 2".

stationary - start with two 8 1/2" x 11" sheets of corrugated paper.
Score at just over and just under 1".

gift card - start with two 4 1/2" x 3 1/2" sheets of heavy cardstock.
Score at just over and just under 1/2".

checks or cash - start with two 8" x 4" sheets of heavy cardstock.
Score at just over and just under 1/2".
