Mold Instructions
Take approximately equal amounts of the white and the pink molding compound.
Mix together until well mixed.
Keep mixing...............
Almost...............
Done!
Make sure you squash it good to get out any air bubbles. Take your trinket (we used a button figurine) and press it into the molding compound.
And now, the hard part.................... Let it set for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
After it cures and becomes solid you can remove your trinket. The mold is done and ready to be filled.
You now have a fun trinket just like the object you started with.
In this sample, we embellished our trinket with metallic powder.
Just dip your finger and rub. It takes an amazingly small amount of the powder to cover the trinket.
Done! We like the effects of the black glue. The colors of the powders seem more vibrant. You can also decorate the trinkets with gold leaf (click for instructions).
