Who is Biblical Impressions?

We are a family owned and run business based currently in Colorado. We are committed to providing our customers with high quality stamps and supplies. We strive in everything we do to Glorify our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We really do believe this business is a ministry in many ways and we feel we primarily help many of our customers fulfill their ministries of encouragement by providing them with Godly scripture and stamps.

Do you have a printed catalog?

We do NOT offer a printed catalog at this time. We are in the process of combining both Biblical Impressions and Eureka Stamps into one large printed catalog. We do show all our products and images online.

Are you an Angel Company?

We are an “Angel Company” and allow customers to use our stamps to hand stamp items they intend to resell or distribute. No need to contact us for permission. All our images are protected by a copyright and items for resale MUST be hand stamped - no mechanical, electronic, chemical or any other means can be used for reproduction of images.

How much is shipping?

We have a $3 flat shipping fee on all orders to the US. Shipping overseas is $5 for unmounted stamps and $14.50 for mounted stamps and/or supplies.

Insurance and Delivery Confirmation are extra. If you do not choose to purchase insurance and delivery confirmation, we will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items.

If your country charges customs, you will be responsible for the costs. Insurance is extra and not always available outside the US. If you do not purchase insurance, or your country does not offer it, we will not be responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.

Do you sell wholesale?

We do sell wholesale ONLY to Rubber Stamp, Scrapbook, Craft and Gift Shop RETAIL STOREFRONTS. To purchase wholesale, we will require you to fax or mail us a copy of your current business license and proof that you are a RETAIL STOREFRONT (i.e. newspaper ad, yellowpage ad, pictures, website address, etc. - any one will do). Stamps only minimum order is $200.00 - at least 2 per design. Supplies only minimum order is $75.00 - 5 each item / color. Shipping will be actual costs.

How fast will I get my order?

We do our best to get your orders out in a timely manner. Most orders will be mailed out 5-10 business days after receiving the order (unless it is a special which may take longer). We are on occasion out of town doing a stamp convention or backed up because of a special and orders might take a little longer to get out. If you have concerns that your order is taking longer than expected, your order might be lost. In that case, please either e-mail us or call us toll free.

When are the monthly specials posted?

We have specials every month. Generally specials are posted within the first few days of the month. The best way to keep up with our specials is to join the e-mail list. You may subscribe (or unsubscribe) from our e-mail list there. Your e-mail will only be used by us. You will not be inundated with junk e-mail - usually just one mailing every 2-3 months as we have big news.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept VISA, MC, check, cash or money order. You may either order online, call us toll free, print out an order form and fax or mail it to us. International orders need to use a credit card. Non US customers please note: We CANNOT accept a check from a NON US bank. If you have any questions, please contact us. We DO NOT charge your credit card until your order ships.

Do I have to order online?

You do not have to order online. If you do not feel comfortable ordering on the secure server, or are having problems ordering online, you may call us toll free with your credit card.

I dont use a credit card, can I still order?

If you do not use a credit card, you can still use the shopping cart. At check out there is an option to state you are paying by check. We will fill the order once we receive your check.

Can I order from out of the country/overseas?

If you live in any country that the U.S. Postal service will deliver to, you may order from us via our online shopping cart. Postage will be $5 for unmounted stamps and $14.50 for mounted stamps and/or supplies . We send all overseas orders via Global Priority. You will also be responsible for all duty taxes if applicable as the actual cost will be declared.

Is ordering online secure?

Our shopping cart checkout is located on the latest SSL server technology and information is passed securely. While there generally is little risk in transmitting information across the internet, rest assured that your personal information and credit card numbers are transmitted securely.

  • What if my order is not correct?

    If you ever have a problem with your order (we are human and do make mistakes sometimes) - please contact ASAP either by email or toll free at 1-800-679-8740 - so we can correct the order for you. Please try to include your first and last name, invoice number and problem. Our goal is to have happy repeat customers.

    Do you have a return policy?

    If you ever are not happy with the quality of one of our products, please contact us ASAP so we can correct the situation. We will exchange or refund fully for any stamp that is flawed or damaged.

    Is my privacy secure on this site?

    This site does collect cookies for the sole use of our shopping cart. No information at any time is sold or given to any other company.

    Do you accept new artists?

    We are always looking for new artists. The best thing to do is fax us samples at 970-856-7454 or mail copies to us at Biblical Imrpessions, 19522 High Park Road, Cedaredge, CO 81413. Please include all contact information with any artwork submitted for review.

    If you would rather have stamps made from your art and possibly start your own line, give us a call and we can help you get started.

    How often do you add new images?

    We do not have a preset schedule for the addition of new images. The release of new designs is really dependent on new artists and time to develop and get into production any new images. We will make every effort to keep the what's new page updated as we add new designs to the site and catalog.

    Do you make custom stamps?

    We no longer make custom stamps. We suggest you contact you local print shop that makes return address stamps and see if they can make it for you. Be sure to ask for it unmounted and mount it yourself - it is MUCH cheaper that way.

    I want to start my own stamp company, can you help?

    We can get you started in you own stamp business. We can arrange to have master plates etched and then mold the rubber for you at the lowest price around for the highest quality available in the industry. On this, it is best to give us a call so we can meet you specific needs. Call us toll free at 1-800-679-8740.

    Do you have a retail store?

    Sorry! We are an internet mail order business only.

  • Do your unmounted stamps come with wood?
  • Our unmounted stamps DO NOT come with wood to mount them on. The individual unmounted stamps are just the rubber. We suggest a mono removable adhesive on acrylic blocks.
  • What do I need to mount these unmounted stamps?
  • See the demo page - we have a tutorial on how to use unmounted stamps there.
